The Saratoga Springs Police Department announces the arrest of three teenagers for numerous acts of Criminal Mischief that accounted for thousands of dollars worth of damage to various homes in the City. Police arrested, William H. Bruder, age 16, Nelson Ave Extension, Saratoga Springs, Spencer P. Hellwig, age 17, East Ave, Saratoga Springs, Jacob J. Hyland, age 17, Caroline Street, Saratoga Springs. The three teens were each charged with (2) Counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd, Class E Felony and (4) Counts of Criminal Mischief 4th, Class A Misdemeanors. The alleged incidents occurred during a period of time on April 12th and April 13th , and involved the use of BB Guns and a Baseball Bat. The teens were arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court and released in the custody of their parents.
