Sex Offender Vulnerable Organization Registration Form

Chapter 680 of the Laws of 2005 now requires law enforcement to compile, maintain, and update a listing of vulnerable organizations within their jurisdiction for purposes of notifying such organizations whenever a registered sex offender moves into their neighborhood.  Please click on the link above for further information.
