This photograph of Saratoga Springs Police Department members was taken on Lake Avenue on the north side of the Saratogian building circa 1900.
Unknown Saratoga Springs officer, early 1900's
This 1917 photograph shows a Saratoga Springs Police parade detail sending off doughboys from our city to Europe to fight in World War I. The officer labeled position #4 is Officer James Cummings, who later died in the line of duty nineteen years later.
